    If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

    When updating this field, a warning notification will be sent to the system admin 12 days AFTER the issue date of the MEC card to remind you to check the status of the card reporting to the MVR. Your state may have a free online tool, you should research that option prior to buying a new MVR. Otherwise, you need to verify the MEC is reporting on the MVR within 15 days of issuance. Attach this to your MEC card in the file or print and store as desired.

You are required to document this, so either print out the information or print to PDF and attach to the new MEC card in the File.     An inter-state operator can pick people up from an airport and move them to a hotel, HOWEVER an Intra-state operator cannot, as this type of move is "in the continuance of inter-state commerce" if the plane has any passengers on it that came from outside of the state.
